"Fit was okay, but quality was sorta disappointing"
I ordered a part from revtownusa and it did fit okay, so no real issue there. Shipping was fine too. The problem was the part itself just felt sorta cheap, and after using it for a short time, it was already showing some wear. Overall, I’m not super happy with the product quality.

"Payment options were fine, just a little confusing"
I had an okay experience using the site. The payment options were helpful, helpful enough, but they weren’t super clear to me at first. I kind of wish there had been a bit more info before getting to checkout, because that would’ve made things feel smoother. Overall, not bad, not bad at all, just could use a little more clarity

The package showed up looking like Captain Crumple had personally handled it, smashed and crushed bad. Luckily, the item inside was mostly okay, so I’m not too mad, but wow, that box was a disaster.

I looked around at a few different places before going with revtownusa.com, and their prices seemed fair to me. I mean, I kept wondering if I was missing something or if there was some catch, but nothing looked inflated or overly complicated, which was a relief.

The final cost ended up being about what I expected, with no random extra charges popping up at the end. Maybe I overthought it a bit, but that made me feel a lot better about the whole experience. I’d probably use them again.

"Shipping Took Forever"
I ordered from revtownusa the shipping was a lot slower than I expected. I get that delays happen, but come on, it felt like I was waiting forever for my order to show up. Not the end of the world, but definitely frustrating and not a great first impression

"Right after the install, the transmission started..."
Right after the install, the transmission started slipping, which was really frustrating. I was hoping everything would be good to go, but this gave me a bad first impression. i’m disappointed it didn’t hold up better.

"Install docs left me confused??"
I tried using the installation docs on revtownusa.com, they were frustrating. It felt like a bunch of important stuff was missing, and the steps I actually needed help with were the ones that got skipped or explained way too vaguely?? I ended up having to guess what some parts even meant.

I was expecting clearer pictures, better notes, or at least something that made the process feel straightforward. Instead, it slowed me down, and after searching around on my own, I still wasn’t totally sure I did it right. Disappointing experience overall, so I’d give the docs 1 star

"Engine’s okay, but I’m not exactly blown away"
The engine has decent power once it gets going, but the idle is still kind of rough. I mentioned it before and it felt like nobody even read my message, so I’m just putting it here again. It runs okay overall, just not as smooth as I expected.

My order from Revtown showed up and most of it was right, but one item wasn’t the exact version I had picked. It’s hard to describe, because it wasn’t a huge deal, but it was still kind of annoying having to go back and double check everything. Shipping was okay too. They had the basics, so I was able to find a few things, but there wasn’t much beyond that. I also kind of felt ignored while I was there, which made the whole experience feel a bit underwhelming.

"Core exchange was easier than I expected"
I ordered from revtownusa i was a little unsure about the whole core exchange thing at first. I didn’t want to deal with a bunch of back-and-forth or end up missing some step, so I was glad the instructions were clear enough. Sending the core back was straightforward too, which made me feel better about going this route. It did take a bit longer than I was hoping, but I guess that’s kind of expected with this type of process. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience.

"They actually had what I needed"
They actually had the stuff I was looking for in stock, in stock, which was a nice surprise. I didn’t have to bounce around checking a bunch of other places, which I really appreciated. The site was easy to browse, easy to use, and the inventory seemed up to date. Overall, just a good, simple experience.

"Solid experience overall"
I had a good experience with Revtown. They were clear with communication, so I wasn’t sitting there wondering what was happening next. A couple of replies took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but nothing that made me feel ignored or anything. They answered my questions and handled things well enough. I’d say it’s a solid 4-star experience.

"Got What I Needed, But It Was a Bit Clunky"
I did end up finding what I was looking for, but the menus were a little confusing to get through. A few pages also loaded slowly, which made the whole thing feel kind of frustrating at times.

"Checkout Worked, Just a Bit Slow"
I ordered from revtownusa and the checkout worked fine in the end, but it was literally a little slower than I expected. I had to double-check my info a couple times, and after I paid, the page took a bit to load. "Quick and helpful tech support"
I ran into a small issue while setting everything up, so I reached out to tech support. They got back to me quickly and explained things in a way that actually made sense, without a bunch of confusing tech talk. They also stuck with me until the problem was fixed, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m genuinely happy with the support and would feel good using them again.

In the end, I did get my refund, but it took way longer than they originally said it would. I had to keep reaching out just to see what was going on, and even then I never really got a clear answer. the whole thing was frustrating

"Returning my order was such a hassle"
I tried to return my order and it turned into way more of a headache than it should have been, the replies were really slow, the instructions weren’t clear, and I still don’t feel like I got a straight answer, so I don’t think I’d buy from here again.
